After several years of experience in different successful business Casey, our founder always looking for opportunities to give back to the community and ways to help small businesses to find their way to succeed and grow.

That's how he came out with the idea to create a unique c-working space that gives its members opportunities to collaborate with each other, share ideas and help everyone to achieve their goals. Also providing them a wide range of business support services as part of their membership.

DOES 'COWORKING' MEAN THAT I NEED TO WORK WITH OTHER FREELANCERS AT THE SPACE?

No, it means that you can work in the space while being surrounded by other coworkers working on their own projects. Joint projects often pop up naturally but it's not mandatory!

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD?

One month for coworking 6 months for offices.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

One full calendar month for coworking, aligning with your membership start date. Offices require 3 months notice.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I MOVE IN?

If you are suitable for membership you can start immediately after viewing.

CAN I PREPARE MY OWN LUNCH ONSITE?

Yes we have a fully equipped kitchen where you can store your own food and condiments.

HOW FAST IS THE INTERNET CONNECTION?

300Mbps.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT, AND FOR HOW LONG?

You need to accept the Commun-IT Agreement which is a short 1-minute easy read.

IS THERE A FACILITY TO UPSCALE/DOWNSCALE/PAUSE THE SUBSCRIPTION?

You can change your level of coworking subscription whenever you like after the initial 3 month period, you can also pause if away for more than one month.

DO I NEED INSURANCE?

Each individual is liable for their own property

IS IT SUPPORT INCLUDED?

We provide you with an operational wireless internet connection and colour printer with full instructions on use, and also you have IT support inculdet in your package depending on yor package.

WHAT KITCHEN FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE?

Combination microwave that will brown a pizza to perfection. A wide selection of black, green and herbal teas; bean to cup espresso and cappuccino machine, cafetiere, frappe and instant coffees, skimmed, semi-skimmed and full-cream milk and a wide variety of biscuits included for free. We often have treats too!

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

No deposit for membership. £50 refundable deposit per key should you become a keyholder.
